Hélène Belley has been teaching the Table Service Course as well as our (daytime and evening) Bartending Course in Quebec City since March 2005. She has completed studies at the Canadian Wine Institute in Toronto, the Commission School in Saguenay and took Hotel Management Training in Quebec City (1976).
Hélène Belley has had much experience working as a bartender and draws from her vast personal experiences as she instructs her students in the fine arts of bartending. She was employed professionally as a bartender at the Napolean Bar and the Emprise Bar in Chicoutimi from 1987 to 1993. She also worked as a bartender for Audace Bar in Jonquiere and was employed as a waitress at the La Piazza Restaurant in Quebec City from 1994 to 1995. In 1996 she was also employed as a bartender for the Prében resto-bar in Quebec City. From 1996 to 2001 she worked at the More Deli-Bar in Beauport as a bartender and waitress.
