His passion for the hospitality industry encouraged him to obtain certifications in bartending (Italian bartenders association), sommelier (Italian Sommelier association), masterclasses in European wineries and within the finest spirit & liqueurs brands. Expanding his excellence in the arts of bartending, wines, distilling, mixology, botanicals, bar managing and culinary.
His "hands on" bar experiences span from years at Cybo (Rome, Italy), luxury high-end cocktail bar, to awarded venues around the world such as Baduzzi (Auckland, New Zealand), Bamboozle (Christchurch, New Zealand), Homer St. Café & Bar (Vancouver, Canada), Rimrock Resort (Banff, Canada) and Juniper Bistro (Banff, Canada). Moreover, he volunteered in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) as a consultant and teacher for a governmental social development project that empowered disadvantaged youths with hospitality skills.
